About AFT Calculator

AFT Calculator (acft-calculator.com) is an independent, free reference for the U.S. Army Fitness Test. Since 2023 Soldiers, cadets, recruiters and unit leaders have used it to score the test, read the official tables and understand the standards. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Army or the Department of War; your score of record is the one in DTMS.

Who publishes this site

The site is owned and operated by Plurimorph OÜ (registration number 16067377), a small software company based in Tallinn, Estonia, that builds free calculators and educational tools. Blog articles are credited to their authors on each post and on the author pages.

Where the numbers come from

Every calculator and chart uses the Army's official scoring tables, not estimates. The AFT tables are generated directly from the Army Fitness Test scoring scales PDF (approved May 15, 2025, effective June 1, 2025) with a script that reads the document and spot-checks threshold values, and the General and Combat standards follow the Army's published policy for the 21 combat specialties. The legacy ACFT calculator keeps the 2022 ACFT tables for reference. Each tool shows the date its data was last reviewed; this page was last updated on October 19, 2026.

Scoring rule: a performance between two listed thresholds earns the points of the lower threshold, exactly as graders apply it on DA Form 705-TEST.

How content is reviewed

Standards, dates and scoring claims on the tools and in articles are checked against primary sources: Army directives, army.mil announcements and the regulations they cite (AR 350-1, AR 600-9, AR 600-8-19). When the Army changes a standard we update the data first and the articles next, and we say so on the page. Older articles about the retired ACFT are kept because units still reference it, with a note at the top explaining what changed.
